YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
* Create and maintain high-quality service documentation (manuals, maintenance instructions, technical bulletins)
* Collaborate with engineering and service teams to ensure accurate and clear technical content
* Ensure compliance with quality, legal, and brand standards
* Improve documentation usability and support knowledge transfer across the organization
* Contribute to continuous improvement based on user feedback
YOUR PROFILE
* Technical education (mechanical, mechatronics or similar)
* Experience in technical writing or service documentation
* Strong understanding of technical drawings and product data
* Excellent writing skills with high attention to detail
* Very good English and German skills
