- Exploring the interactions between host networks and Time-Sensitive Networking (TSN) to uncover critical dependencies and performance factors.
- Contributing valuable insights that drive the development of next-generation industrial communication systems.
- Supporting the implementation of virtual PLC systems over host networks by enabling reliable and deterministic TSN-protected traffic.
- Helping shape the future of industrial automation through research that bridges theoretical understanding and practical application.
**Your defining qualities**
- **Education:** You are currently enrolled in a master's program in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- **Experience & Skills:**
- Basic familiarity with Linux- Foundational knowledge of networking concepts- Strong programming skills (Python, Bash, C)
- **Ways of working:** Intellectual curiosity and resilience are what set you apart
- **Languages:** You can communicate effectively in English; German is a plus
