**Your Profile**
- Completed vocational training as a tiler, floor and wall installer, or mosaic setter, or an equivalent qualification
- Good knowledge of German
- Several years of professional experience preferred
- Manual skills, precision, and a sense of aesthetics
- Technical understanding and enjoyment of hands-on work
- Driving license category B
- Independent, reliable, and team-oriented working style
- Flexibility and willingness to work on weekends, Sundays, and public holidays

ONE Immobilien Services provides its employees with housing according to defined standards. About 70% of employees live privately, while the remaining 30% of apartments and houses are purchased or rented by the company, modernized, and furnished – always at local market rents. Since summer 2020, around 4,500 residential places have been created for employees. Properties are regularly inspected to ensure equipment, condition, and occupancy.
