Trainee for Talent Academy Program (m/f/d)
What awaits YOU
Starting from 01.09.2026
* 24-month international trainee program
* Rotation through multiple departments (e.g. Production, Engineering, Supply Chain, Sales, Finance, HR)
* Contribution to strategic projects with high visibility
* International assignment (up to 6 months)
* Close collaboration with leaders and international teams
Your Profile
* Completed degree (e.g. Engineering, Business Administration, SCM, Business Informatics, Mechanical Engineering) or comparable program
* Initial practical experience (internships, working student positions, etc.)
* Very good German and English language skills; Spanish is a plus
* Analytical, structured and self-responsible work approach
* Flexibility and willingness to travel within Europe during the program
* Taking ownership of projects and sub-projects
* Experience in the plastics processing industry is an advantage
