###  **What you’ll do**

As a UI/UX Designer, you shape a compelling user experience across our Z1 product landscape for secure and compliant B2B communication — helping make technically complex systems intuitive, consistent, and accessible.

Working closely with Product Management and Engineering, you translate functional and technical requirements into clear user journeys, workflows, and high-quality interface designs.

Design intuitive interfaces for:

- technically complex B2B administration UIs
- communication solutions for end users (B2B & B2C)
- the Zertificon customer and partner portal
- You take on UI and UX design for new Z1 products — from first wireframes to high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners and Product Managers to shape information architecture and end-to-end user flows
- Identify usability gaps and continuously improve the user experience in Z1 products
- Ensure consistent interaction patterns, accessibility, responsiveness, and high design quality across all products
- Build and evolve our design framework with reusable components and guidelines
- Provide design reviews and guidance when legacy interfaces require UX improvements

### **Your Skills & Experience**

- Experience designing complex B2B software products
- Skilled in designing both administrative interfaces and end-user-facing web applications
- Strong proficiency in Figma (including Figma Make) and modern prototyping workflows
- Ability to translate complex technical requirements into clear, usable, and implementable design solutions
- Solid understanding of responsive design principles and accessibility standards
- Strong collaboration skills with Product Management and Development teams
- English skills at least C1

###  **Nice to have**

- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for effective collaboration with developers
- Familiarity with modern frontend frameworks such as Tailwind Plus and Vue.js
- German language skills
