Join us as we lead the future of finance automation! \*\*About the role:\*\*  We are looking for a UX Designer to shape intuitive, accessible, and consistent user experiences across our FS3 product portfolio. In this role, you will combine user research, interaction design, and cross-functional collaboration to create effective design solutions that improve usability, support business objectives, and deliver exceptional user experiences for enterprise customers. You will work closely with Product Management, Engineering, and business stakeholders to translate complex user and business requirements into user-centred designs for SaaS and enterprise applications. \*\*Your Day to Day:\*\*  - Conduct user research and translate insights into user-centred design solutions.  - Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and intuitive user experiences for enterprise applications.  - Plan and execute usability testing to validate and improve designs.  - Define information architecture and interaction patterns for complex business processes.  - Contribute to and maintain scalable design systems aligned with UX best practices and SAP Fiori standards.  - Collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering, and business stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.  - Present design concepts and recommendations, incorporating feedback into iterative solutions.  - Drive continuous UX improvements through user feedback, analytics, and emerging design trends. - Interest in enterprise business processes such as Finance, Procurement, Purchasing, or Material Management; prior ERP or SAP experience is highly desirable. - ·         Experience with SAP UI5/Fiori development and an interest in UX design, or UX design experience with a strong interest in front-end development and implementation.  - ·         Initial experience facilitating and conducting workshops.  - ·         Advanced knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.  - ·         Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain design decisions to diverse audiences.  - A curious, fast-learning mindset and a strong commitment to staying up to date with UX trends, SAP standards, and emerging technologies. \*\*What makes you excel in this position:\*\*  - Bachelor’s degree in User Experience Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or a related field.
