### These are your tasks:

- Discover new opportunities to meet the needs of the users
- Design digital products and services that provide consistent user experience and acompany implementation
- Conduct user research activities, including qualitative expert interviews
- Drive the growth and continuous improvement of the Customer Discovery Program
### Who we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in User interface- or User experience design or a comparable field and 2 years of experience in product development.
- Experience in state of the art prototyping and UI/UX tools like Figma, Adobe XD or Sketch
- Passion for delivering the best possible experience for your users
- Good communication skills, goal-oriented and independent way of working
- Full working proficiency in English and German, other languages like French are a big plus
