As a Vertical Sales Professional – Data Center (Distribution Transformers), you are responsible for driving sales growth and managing key customer relationships within the data center vertical, with a specific focus on distribution transformer solutions. You combine in-depth knowledge of data center infrastructure with strong technical expertise to deliver tailored, high-value solutions to strategic accounts.

How You’ll Make an Impact 

* Development and execution of a go-to-market strategy for distribution transformer solutions in the data center vertical
* Identification and development of new business opportunities with hyperscalers, colocation providers, and enterprise data centers
* Monitoring of industry trends (e.g. energy efficiency, grid integration, sustainability) and alignment of offerings with customer requirements
* Management and expansion of strategic key account relationships, including strategic account planning and trusted-advisor engagement
* Cross-functional collaboration with offer management, project management, and after-sales teams to ensure successful solution delivery
* Technical solution positioning, support of RFPs and customer presentations, sales pipeline management, and achievement of sales targets and KPIs

What You Bring

* Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Business, or a related field
* Extensive experience in B2B sales and account management, preferably within power distribution or data center environments
* Strong technical understanding of distribution transformers, power systems, and data center infrastructure
* Proven success in managing strategic accounts and delivering complex technical solutions
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities, including clear explanation of technical content
* Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills and proficiency in CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce)
