Based in Nuremberg, we are seeking a Sales Engineer (m/f/d) passionate about automotiveapplications to manage and develop our valued customer base in Poland
## Job Purpose
Maximize Murata’s sales revenue, growth and profit within allocated customers and achieve the highest levelof customer satisfaction (“Delight the customer”).
## Responsibilities and Tasks
Take ownership and responsibility and work towards continuous quality improvement in the following areas:
### Customer:
• Establish best relationship to customers over all levels of the organization by regular visits
• Be the first point of contact for all customer related requirements
• Identify business opportunities and convert them into sales by professional technical and commercial support
• Guide and lead negotiations with customers
### Internal:
• Communicate via reporting tools, coordinate the customer requirements and opportunities globally with alloperational functions within the company
• Define Key for Success and cooperate with involved functional teams and Product Divisions
• Prepare customer negotiations together with internal stakeholders
• Track running business in comparison with sales plan
• Set-up sales plan together with Sales Management
## Required Knowledge/Experience
• Technical university degree, preferably in Electrical Engineering or Electronics with strong knowledge inelectronics systems and/or electronic components
• Sales professional with 3+ years’ experience, market insight, and strategic selling expertise
• Fluency in English, Polish, and German is essential for this role
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
• Good commercial skills
• Proficient in both standard office tools (MS Office, Lotus Notes) and specialized business software, such asCRM systems
• Basic knowledge in Quality Management
• Intercultural competence
