As Volume Product Manager you will be part of our Diodes & Transistors Product Management Team. Together with four ambitious and motivated Product Managers in our team, you will take the full responsibility of our Diodes & Transistors strategy.
**What you will do**
- Act as the go-to-person for all industrial projects and strategic questions in terms of cost downs, outsourcing and 2nd source activities
- Define an industrial strategy, start and support initiatives, guide Business Group internal as well as front-end and back-end teams
- Responsible for PCN implementation, roadmap updates and cost benchmarking
- Work closely together with Operations, Volume Product Management Protection & Filtering as well as Commercial Marketing
- Cooperate with our wafer fabs, assembly sites as well as subcontractors around the globe
- Support long term planning, deep dive and other business reviews and strategic activities
- Align closely on operational processes for Diodes & Transistors with Demand Management and Supply Chain
**What you will need**
- University degree in a technical discipline
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in Product Management, Operations or Development function within the semiconductor industry
- Direct or indirect leadership experience in leading international / cross-cultural teams
- Excellent communication skills and proven track record in managing cross-functional projects
- Preferably knowledge of semiconductor markets, customers and/or supply chains
- Excellent decision-making skills
- Excellent analytical skills and structured work approach
- Highly self-motivated, team-oriented, result-driven
- Strong customer mindset and interest in global supply chains
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills, including Excel & PowerPoint
- Fluent in English mandatory, German language is a plus
