- Oversee daily warehouse activities during your shift
- Manage and support operational staff
- Ensure productivity targets are met
- Monitor KPIs and operational performance
- Guarantee compliance with safety and quality regulations
- Identify improvement opportunities
What You Bring:
- Experience as shift lead or team supervisor
- Background in logistics, fulfillment, or production
- Availability for rotating shifts
- Good German or English skills
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
- German divers license
