## Job Description
As the Digital Innovation Hub department at our **Hannover-Stöcken** site , we shape the process digitization of the global research and development of the Tires division. As internal process consultants, we support the organization in its digital transformation
In this exciting work environment, we are looking for a working student (m/f/d) to **start in May 2026, with a weekly working time of 20 hours** and for a period of **at least 12 months** (ideally 24 months). The tasks are primarily carried out on-site, allowing you to learn directly from and collaborate with the team. Occasional remote work is also possible.
Your responsibilities include the following tasks:
- The goal is to develop an interactive training platform for research and development in the tire sector. Your creativity and technical skills are needed to create a user-friendly and engaging platform.
- Engage in dialogue with key decision-makers and users to understand their needs and ensure that the developed solutions meet their requirements.
- Develop new training materials together with experts in the form of videos/interactive learning content (tts performance suite)/manuals and other exciting tasks, such as supporting digitization projects.
- Share your knowledge and enthusiasm by assisting in conducting training sessions and passing on your skills to others.
## Qualifications
- Students of all disciplines with a technical focus
- Practical knowledge of website design and design thinking
- Affinity for IT design topics such as AI, process mapping and interactive platforms
- Proficient use of MS Office programs (optional: SharePoint knowledge)
- Fluent English skills, both spoken and written
- Good German skills are an advantage.
- Teamwork skills, good organizational skills, and a careful and independent work ethic.
- Ability to independently explore new topics and tools, high level of commitment
- Interest in design and creative participation
