We are responsible for the development of, high-quality customer APIs, analyzing current processes and digitalize them by using our platform environment to service all stakeholders that are involved in our business. As part of our team, you will receive thorough training and enablement in the Pega methodology and BA practices.
Your tasks include:
* Analyzing customer requirements
* Supporting in the resolution of operations incidents
* Collaborating with Business Users across the entire Erste Group in the context of ongoing projects
* Contributing to the maintenance and enhancement of Pega-Workflows and customer solutions throughout the customer lifecycle
* Proposing new ideas to improve the current process and application landscape
You check these boxes:
* Experience in Quality Assurance and familiarity with Jira/Confluence/Service Now
* Experience working in a product-driven environment with multicultural teams
* Passion for business processes and continuous learning.
* Proficiency with Pega or willingness to acquire necessary skills
* Familiarity with methods related to processes and requirements
* Communication skills according to the requirements, stress-resilience, and a respectful attitude towards others
