ABOUT THE ROLE As WMS Software Trainer in Logistics based in Berlin, you help Zalando’s international logistics centres to master our Warehouse Management System and Operational Processes. As part of our PEX Implementation & Ramp Up team you analyse training needs to build and implement innovative training solutions. Define and develop most efficient training solutions in German and English (more European languages would be a plus) to transfer knowledge and encourage further development among our end users. Execute software and process training in our warehouse locations as onsite seminars or interactive webinars, to engage them with the applications they need to excel in, as well as ensuring smooth and stable ramp ups of new processes. Measure training success and re-evaluate knowledge demands together within Process Excellence, to improve business outcomes and quality.
