We are looking for a motivated and hands-on Working Student (m/f/d) in Admin / HR to support our Office and Team in our Stuttgart Location. This is a great opportunity to gain broad experience in administration, HR initiatives, and employee engagement in a dynamic and fast-growing international environment alongside your studies.
You will support day-to-day administrative and HR-related activities, plan employee engagement initiatives (online and in person), and assist with special projects. You will work closely with the Regional HR Business Partner and collaborate with the international Admin/HR team.
Your Responsibilities
- Support with administration and office management for the local locations
- General administrative support for local teams and HR stakeholders
- Assist in planning and supporting employee engagement activities and internal events (online and on-site) for EU and UKI teams (ESG, CSR, DEI and HR)
- Support HR initiatives and special projects, including policy updates
- Responsible for the Health and Safety regulations and upkeep of the local office
- Assist with documentation handling, parcels, and postage for the EU organisation-wide functions.
Your Profile
- Enrolled student in business administration, HR, psychology, social sciences, or a related field
- First experience in administration, HR, event coordination, or office support is a plus, but not required
- Good English skills (written and spoken)
- Structured, reliable, and service-oriented working style
- Proactive mindset with a sense of ownership and initiative
- Comfortable working in an international, multi-location environment
