Our team at the BMW Group develops IT applications that support planning, demand processes, and lifecycle management for BMW prototypes. As part of the Solutions in Hardware Team, you will gain valuable insights into agile product development and international collaboration.
What awaits you?
- You will support our interdisciplinary Product Development team in managing established and new IT applications.
- Moreover, you will help to understand software development processes, management tools, and agile working models.
- In addition, you will assist in handling work items to support product development, considering your strengths.
- Furthermore, you will contribute to turning early-stage feature proposals into concepts and translating them into work packages.
- You will participate in project status meetings, cross-product sync calls, and process design meetings.
- Moreover, you will help with test management and execution as part of the product development team.
- In addition, you will gain insights into feature team setup, international collaboration, and code management.
What should you bring along?
- Studies in economics, computer science, industrial engineering or a related technical field.
- Passion for agile product development and digital solutions.
- Open-mindedness and willingness to learn.
- Proactive, communicative mindset with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Structured and professional approach.
- Experience in software engineering; coding skills are not required.
- Fluent English skills.
