Join our Portfolio & Strategy Team within our Data, Digital, and IT organization for an exciting working student role in AI Transformation. You will collaborate with the team, internal stakeholders, and learn from experts to support a great learning experience for our workforce. You will be responsible for conducting basic data analysis and reporting, contributing to impactful communication on topics related to data, digital, and AI. Your technology skills will help in understanding and promoting AI solutions while supporting enablement activities for data and AI initiatives. Additionally, you will assist in automation tasks to streamline processes and enhance efficiency. A key focus will be on supporting AI adoption initiatives, with a particular emphasis on AI-based media and e-learning content development. Who you are:
- Bachelor or Master Student (enrolled) in cognitive science, psychology, business administration, media/ communication, educational science, information systems, or a related subject.
- Data-affine individual with the ability to run basic data analysis; knowledge in reporting is beneficial.
- Excellent team player with the ability to work independently, carefully, precisely, and with global virtual teams.
- Understanding of AI and its application to operational tasks. Experience with AI-based content development.
- Experience with automation tasks to streamline processes; coding and tool experience (e.g., Power Automate)
- Fluent (C1) in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
