Your Role:
We are looking for a working student (all genders) for the Event Management team in the Business Operations & Services department. Under the guidance and with the support of our specialists, you will carry out the following activities: Creation of registration forms, maintenance and updating of participant lists, creation of travel proposals, communication with the responsible colleagues in the MHG office and field service, with doctors and event agencies. The job is rounded off by data and document maintenance in OneNote and on Sharepoint as well as management of the necessary accompanying documents and invoices.
Your Qualifications:
- Very good knowledge of MS 365: Excel, Outlook, Word, OneNote, Sharepoint and MS Forms
- Careful, structured and independent working style
- Very good communication skills
- Fluent (C1) language skills: German, English
- Work experience in an office job (internship or similar)
