You will join a fast‑growing biotech company that is driving a global digital transformation. As part of our international Operations Digitalization Team, you collaborate with colleagues across Europe and the Americas while supporting several production sites in implementing modern IT systems and AI‑based solutions. This role offers you hands‑on experience with digital workflows, data analytics, cloud technology and cross‑functional collaboration in a global environment.
Your tasks include
* Supporting the introduction of a new Manufacturing Execution System (MES) from pilot phase to global rollout.
* Preparing and following up on management steering meetings.
* Digitizing paper‑based production processes into MES workflows.
* Preparing and analyzing data to support the creation of system interfaces (e.g., MES–SAP).
* Processing and improving datasets used to train AI models.
* Building proof‑of‑concept connections between production equipment and an Azure Cloud Data Lake.
Your profile
* You are enrolled in a relevant field of study (e.g., Operations Management, Information Technology, Engineering or Natural Sciences).
* You work accurately, reliably and in a structured way.
* You enjoy quickly familiarizing yourself with complex topics and actively driving tasks forward.
* You appreciate flexible working options.
* You demonstrate strong academic performance.
* You bring motivation, curiosity, and a positive mindset.
* Fluent in German and English
