We are looking for bright minds who can turn theory into practice and think creatively. The focus lies on planning and delivering targeted and effective communication to both internal and external audiences. You will collaborate with global sustainability, communications, and business teams to implement initiatives that drive Siemens’ sustainability narrative forward. The content you create will serve not just Siemens’ communications department but enable leaders and communicators across the company to talk about sustainability in a consistent way.
Acting in close collaboration with our Sustainability function, the role also requires a strong understanding of key topics such as climate change and circularity; changes in the regulatory environment and their impact on communicating on sustainability, and how to drive credibility and reputation in sustainability through integrated marketing / communications.

You will support the conception and implementation of campaigns on various platforms

As well as organize and steer events

Capture our communication measures by analyzing basic key figures

Assist with research on sustainability trends to support content creation and strategy development

You will help ensure that sustainability content is in line with Siemens brand guidelines
**What you need to make real what matters.**

You are currently studying communications, marketing, media studies or similar, with a focus on sustainability, or are studying sustainability and have some work experience in communications, marketing or media
-
You have some experience in communications and campaigns
-
You have a good understanding of current sustainability topics and trends, and how they impact the private sector
-
You work independently, in an organized manner and are able to manage several tasks simultaneously
-
You are confident in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
-
You understand the latest social media and content trends and enjoy trying out different creative content formats
-
You enjoy working with different teams and feel comfortable in a dynamic environment
-
You have initial knowledge of analyzing communication campaigns
-
You have excellent English and German skills
-
You have a positive can-do attitude and enjoy working with a range of stakeholders
