Join our team as **Working Student (f/m/d) – Cloud SaaS Sales Operations & Data Science in Erlangen or München** and help us digitalize the future. **What role will you play?** - You will assist in day-to-day business as needed and have the opportunity to gain experience in a creative work environment - Support in process analysis in the area of SaaS business as well as back-office support for our Sales teams - Preparing Power BI Dashboard and maintenance of the dashboard - Analyzing the data model and creating efficient solutions as per business needs as well as data visualization in Power BI but also understand Tableau dashboard already in place - Support in documenting the current model in place and understand the complexities of the business - Preparing various evaluations, statistics and analyses and conducting research, especially with regard to customer satisfaction, renewal and fluctuation rates - Supporting the creation of Salesforce/SAP reports and dashboards as well as updating data entries **How do you become part of our team?
