What you'll build
Are you passionate about Discrete Industries and eager to gain hands-on experience at the world’s market leader for enterprise software?
As a working student(f/m/d), you will have the opportunity to contribute to our key objectives such as providing outside-in perspective, creating go-to-market assets and executing Go-to-market programs.
- Support the Discrete Industries Office in day-to-day operations
- Prepare and follow up on meetings, workshops, and presentations
- Create, maintain, and continuously improve wiki and knowledge pages (Confluence)
- Conduct research and analysis on market, technology, and go-to-market trends in the manufacturing industry
- Structure and synthesize information into clear insights and decision-ready materials
- Support go-to-market activities and create GTM assets such as presentations, videos, and central repositories
- Perform data analysis and prepare reports and management read-outs
- Set up and maintain prototypes and initiatives in Aha!, Wiki, Jira and other internal Tools
What you bring
- Enrolled student (f/m/d) at a university or university of applied sciences, with at least one year of studies remaining
- Preferred fields of study: Business Engineering (Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen), Mechanical Engineering (Maschinenbau), Electrical Engineering (Elektrotechnik), Robotics, Aerospace Engineering, Materials, Science, Data Science & Analytics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related technical or interdisciplinary field
- Strong digital skills: Confident use of MS Office; familiarity with AI-assisted working methods (e.g. prompting, research, content creation); comfortable working with modern digital tools and platforms
- Language skills: Fluent in English; German is a plus
- Ways of working: Structured, reliable, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively in a team
- Mindset: Curious, analytical, and motivated to learn in a fast-moving, international environment
- Interests: Strong interest in manufacturing, technology, market and trend analysis, and digital collaboration

The Discrete Industries team is a global organization of highly talented, motivated and dedicated employees that is measured by the ability to identify opportunities, build market awareness and enable our sales organization on our industry value proposition and solution portfolio, and incubate new solution areas and geographies.
Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
