**You'll make an impact by**
- You support the creation and publication of news, articles, and engaging content for our internal communication channels- Additionally, you assist in organizing and executing internal events, newsletters, and help maintain as well as optimize the intranet- Building on this, you contribute creative ideas for social media posts, infographics, and internal mailings to strengthen our employer brand- Furthermore, you help implement marketing communication within campaigns and events by collaborating with different teams- To round off your role, you contribute to analyzing internal communication channels to measure effectiveness and drive continuous improvement
**This is how you'll win us over**
- **Education**: You are currently enrolled in a degree program in Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, Media Studies, or a comparable field- **Experience and Skills**:- You have experience with MS Office and are interested in using AI tools in a work context- You are skilled at conveying complex information in a way that is appropriate for your target audience- Basic knowledge of Canva or Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator & Photoshop) is an advantage
- **Ways of Working**: You demonstrate commitment, reliability, a sense of responsibility, and work creatively as well as analytically with strong self-organization skills- **Languages**: You have excellent English language skills, both written and spoken
