Our internal HR team looks after the German locations of LGBS. We are the first point of contact for our managers along the employee life cycle and are responsible for topics from almost all HR disciplines.
As part of our team, you can look forward to a wide variety of tasks - from strategy to organization.

This is what you can expect:
- Supporting the team with operational HR topics
- Collaboration in projects, e.g. in talent management, employee surveys or the introduction of new software
- Co-planning and organizing workshops and events
- Participation in meetings, team days and workshops
- Collaboration with our HR team and other important interfaces, e.g. works council
- Active insights into and involvement in day-to-day HR work
- Open, warm and supportive team culture
Ihr Profil:
What you should bring with you:
- You are studying business psychology, social sciences, business administration with a focus on HR or a comparable degree program as a Bachelor's or Master's student and are at least in your third semester of study
- You are enrolled for the entire period (a current Imma must be attached to your application)
- You enjoy working independently, are reliable and have commitment and integrity
- You have a good sense of communication, organization and can keep track of things when things get turbulent
- You can think analytically and enjoy working in a team
- MS Office is not new territory for you
- You can communicate well in English and German - both orally and in writing
