- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders and counterparts
- Be the interface between colleagues and suppliers
- Take care of logistic and administrative tasks in the department
- Support the team for the preparation of Supplier Forecast, meeting preparation and order confirmation
- Evaluate the obtained data, interpret the results and give your input
- Place purchase orders and maintain them until receipt
- Manage the reconciliation of our inventory
### **Qualifications:**
- You are an enrolled student of Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering or a similar course of studies, ideally with experience in Supply Chain Management
- You are fluent in English and German
- You bring passion for numbers and complex processes
- You like to communicate and have an organizational talent
- Doing data research and analyzing the results is easy for you
- Detailed and accurate working is natural to you
- You keep an overview even when working in various projects
- You are keen to take the initiative and enjoy working in an international environment
- Teamwork is just as important to you as working independently, especially in a virtual environment
