Business Operations Team is looking for your support as of the next
possible date . Mögliche Aufgaben dieser Rolle You will support the
HR Business Partners and HR Specialists in all operational HR issues
(employment contracts, remuneration measures, reference letters, works
council hearings, etc.) Your creativity is needed to create hand-out
and information material; your knowledge and use of AI is appreciated
You support our recruitment activities (e.g. screening resumes,
interview scheduling) Your engagement is needed in creating as well as
updating forms and templates for our document library Your tasks also
include the preparation of workshop materials and presentations for
the department Anforderungen an die Qualifikation You are enrolled in
a Bachelor's or Master's program, preferably in the fields of HR,
Business Administration, Psychology or similar You are inspired by HR
topics, digitalization, and harmonization of HR processes You have
attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and strong
communication and interpersonal skills You have good MS Office skills
and ideally knowledge in using CoPilot and SAP SuccessFactors You are
fluent in German and have very good English language skills Benefits:
