We are hiring a

**Working student in Clinical Affairs (m/f/d)**

## Your Strength

- Ongoing academic studies in Biological Sciences, Engineering, or a related scientific field
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Proficiency in standard IT applications (e.g., Microsoft Office)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills and openness in collaboration
- Solution-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude
- Structured, organized, and reliable way of working

## Your Contribution

- Ensure that Adverse Event (AE) reporting forms for all PMCF studies are accurately completed and forwarded to the Quality Assurance department
- Support the transition of the Trial Master File (TMF) into Florence
- Prepare and submit vendor and service request forms
- Coordinate and manage translation requests
- Assist in the preparation of Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)
- Provide additional support and perform other tasks as assigned
