- A secure job in an established company with a flat hierarchy, short decision-making processes and a dynamic environment

- The job is on site in Cologne – for close teamwork and direct day-to-day communication
## Your new job:
- Interface between our headquarters and our customers
- Handling customer enquiries primarily in writing, occasionally by phone
- Providing support with issues and ensuring customer satisfaction
## What you should bring with you:
- You are enrolled as a student at a German university
- Native-level foreign language skills (at least, for example, French, Italian, Dutch or Spanish)
- Strong customer focus; initial experience in customer service is an advantage
- You are available to start soon
- Good German or English skills are required for communication within the team
- Self-organisation and a structured way of working
- Team spirit
