Voith Hydro uses the CAE system Engineering Base (EB), a modern and
powerful engineering platform that enables the efficient planning of
entire hydropower plants as functional digital twins.
To provide temporary support for our central Support Team at Voith
Hydro Holding GmbH & Co. KG, we are looking for a committed student
(m/f/d) for the following tasks.

YOUR TASKS

* As a member of the global EB Support Team, you will actively
contribute to international projects.
* After comprehensive training provided by the Support Team, you
will take on responsible tasks working with EB.
* During your work, you will learn how to handle objects, shapes,
and attributes, and you will independently update technical flow and
circuit diagrams, which serve as the basis for work worldwide.
* You will also ensure that the content used in system texts and
selection lists is available in multiple languages, and you will
adjust the dictionaries as needed.
* The team will benefit from your support in creating new work
templates for automation.
* At the same time, you will gain insight into the functional
structure of hydropower plants and the power plant identification
system (KKS).
* In addition, you will revise and update our “HowTo”
guides—clear step-by-step instructions in English for EB users.
* You will also update our English-language training materials,
which are used for training and as reference documents.

YOUR PROFILE

* You are a student (m/f/d) of electrical engineering, automation
technology, mechatronics, or a comparable field of study.
* You are interested in working with a highly modern,
object-oriented CAE system. Ideally, you already have some initial
experience with such a system.
* Your analytical skills, structured way of working, and quick
comprehension enable you to solve problems effectively and maintain an
overview even with complex tasks.
* You are able to present even complex issues in a simple and
understandable way, both in writing and graphically.
* Thanks to your confident use of MS Office, especially PowerPoint,
you are able to create appealing and clearly understandable
presentations.
* You are communicative and have very good English skills, both
written and spoken.
* A high degree of curiosity, initiative, and reliability round off
your profile.
* You are eager to work on-site in a motivated team at Voith Hydro
in Heidenheim.
