The team is responsible for the analytical and strategic steering of CHEPLAPHARM's product portfolio - from identifying growth opportunities to driving lifecycle and value optimization initiatives and supporting executive management decision-making.   Portfolio Strategy & BI provides transparency, prioritization, and fact-based insights, acting as a central catalyst for focus, value creation, and sustainable portfolio development at CHEPLAPHARM. What makes your day with us special: Support the Portfolio Strategy & BI team in day-to-day analytical and operational tasks Assist with data preparation, validation, and analysis (e.g., portfolio data, sales, volumes, pricing) Support research activities (market, competitors, benchmarks, internal analyses) Help prepare presentations, dashboards, and management materials Support process documentation, templates, and internal coordination Provide flexible operational support across ongoing projects and initiatives What sets you apart: Enrolled student (Bachelor - final year or Master) in business administration, economics, finance, industrial engineering, life sciences, or a related field Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with analytics or visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a strong plus Available for at least 15 hours per week Structured, reliable, and detail-oriented working style Strong analytical curiosity and willingness to learn Team player with good communication skills Interest in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or life sciences is a plus Business-fluent English; German skills are a plus What we offer you besides the job: A growing company with a diverse and open-minded working environment with employees from around 40 different countries Flexible working models adapted to your needs (e.g. high proportion of remote work and up to two months from abroad within the EU possible), working time account with time off in lieu, 30 days' holiday Flexible benefits budget that you can use according to your individual preferences, such as a higher employer contribution to the company pension scheme, fitness & health offers or subsidies for travel or meal costs.
