### What to Expect As the Workplace Coordinator for our Berlin Technical Engineering Centre, you will be a self-starter, carrying out critical tasks that are required to maintain a functional and efficient office facility.You will be part of the Facility Management team, responsible for all hard and soft services at the facility. You will be an essential component, connecting the people with the facility.This position involves all aspects of customer service and requires a positive and professional attitude while fulfilling requests from internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be very organized, able to juggle priorities and execute various clerical and manual tasks in a fast-paced environment. ### What You’ll Do * Own workplace operation & projects - responsible for soft services such as cleaning, catering, landscape, office supplies as well as other related projects * Responsible for workplace engagement initiatives that positively impact the day-to-day experience on-site * Act as the primary point of contact for tickets related to workplace operations and experience, collaborating with the FM team, multiple stakeholders and vendors to action them as per SLA and suggest impact-driven improvements * Draft task lists during audits and submit work orders as needed for maintenance repairs and furniture replacement to internal stakeholders * Responsible for ongoing inventory management and routine ordering of office supplies and furniture * Responsible for coordinating routine assembly of office furniture including but not limited to desks, office chairs, cabinets and storage shelves * Responsible for maintaining digital space planning tools and site visitor management ### What You’ll Bring * Experience within a similar workplace position * Excellent interpersonal & organisational skills – professional and mature manner when interacting with the team, our internal clients, stakeholders, and our vendors * Solution-oriented mindset, strong problem-solving and prioritization skills * Ability to speak both English and German Tesla is an Equal Opportunity / Affirmative Action employer committed to diversity in the workplace.
