If so, this is a great opportunity to join an international company in Germany and take the next step in your career.We, the Recruitment Agency ADENI ([ADENI Recruitment Agency](https://adeni.eu/en/home-en/)), are looking forward to support your career in Germany! # Your tasks: - Manage office administration (correspondence, scheduling, travel, supplies) - Support accounting (bookkeeping, invoices, expenses, AP/AR) - Handle HR administration (records, onboarding, payroll coordination) - Expat support (Visa, residence/work permits, relocation support) - Liaise with external partners (banks, legal, insurance, etc.) # Your profile: - 1–3 years of experience in administration, accounting support, or similar roles - Basic understanding of accounting (e.g., bookkeeping, invoices, AP/AR) - Experience with HR related topics such as labor law, employee/expat support - Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks - Comfortable working in an international environment - Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel skills - Business-level English and German (Japanese is a plus) # Your benefits: - Permanent contract - 30 days of annual vacation - Support for language learning - Start: asap (negotiable) # Location: Hannover/Wolfsburg area# Ref.-No.: 144500 We look forward to receiving your application.
