Your missionYour Mission
• Build and fine-tune advanced AI models for contract analysis and workflow automation
• Integrate and process large-scale data from APIs, documents, and client systems—using the latest RAG, trace, and vector storage technologies
• Develop robust backend systems and conversational interfaces for natural language queries and proactive insights
• Work closely with Product and Engineering to deliver features that make a real difference
• Architect scalable, secure solutions for Europe’s top real estate teams

Your profileWhat You’ll Bring
• 3+ years in AI or software engineering, with at least 2 years focused on AI engineering (RAG, chat interfaces, agentic systems using modern tech from 2022 or newer)
• Solid experience in backend engineering for generative AI, including traces and vector storage
• Proven success deploying machine learning models to production
• Skilled in API integrations and building scalable cloud architectures
• Proficient in Python, JavaScript, and SQL or NoSQL
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• A passion for innovation, and for the real estate sector
