###### Zusammenfassung On behalf of our client, an international organisation, we are currently seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrative Assistant \(m/f/d\) to support the Contracts Division. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrative professional looking to work in a structured and dynamic environment. ###### Beschreibung - Coordinate and schedule internal meetings, interviews, and negotiations - Manage document workflows, electronic filing \(DMS & SAP\), and contractual documentation - Support the Contract Officer with administrative tasks and drafting standard documents - Handle incoming mail and general correspondence - Provide general secretarial support, including travel coordination and deputy cover ###### Über den Kunden Our client is a well-established international organisation operating in the field of research.
