B2B Order Manager - French speaking (all genders) Please note that this position is based in Prag and follows our hybrid working model. Relocation support is not offered. The following adventures await you at Schleich: Operative Order Management: Independently process and manage B2B orders from entry to delivery using SAP Ensure precise and timely fulfillment of all orders Collaborate seamlessly with internal departments (e.g., sales, logistics, warehouse) to guarantee smooth workflows Continuously monitor order progress and proactively resolve any issues to maintain service excellence Complaint Management: Handle customer complaints efficiently and effectively Investigate and resolve issues related to product quality, delivery, and other service-related concerns Communicate with customers to provide updates and solutions Document and track complaints to identify trends and areas for improvement Customer Service: Serve as the primary point of contact for B2B customers in France, as well as worldwide distributors Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients Address inquiries and provide product information and support as needed Reporting and Analysis: Generate reports on order status, fulfillment, and customer feedback Analyze data to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for process improvements Present findings and recommendations to management Your story so far: You are fluent in French and English, written and spoken You bring proven expertise in order management, customer service, or a similar field You have good knowledge of SAP and its practical application Familiarity with the Amazon portal is a welcome bonus Your strong organizational and multitasking skills enable you to handle complex tasks effectively Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills allow you to collaborate seamlessly with others You thrive both when working independently and as part of a team You are proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) No kingdoms nor mountains of gold, but many other rewards: Work in a dynamic, diverse environment that offers individual career and development opportunities.
