- You will act as a key operational support to the Fleet and Project Managers, handling day-to-day tasks to ensure project progression.
- You will assist in implementing clear and stable structures for routine operational processes.
- You will utilize Airbus Operating System (AOS) methodologies to reduce variability and enhance process stability.
- You will monitor team deliverables and support effective schedule management and stakeholder coordination.
- You will promote continuous improvement and communication flows across the department.
- You will contribute to fostering a learning-oriented, collaborative team culture.
#### VORAUSSSETZUNGEN:
To succeed in this role, a blend of academic, technical, and interpersonal competencies is essential. We’re searching for candidates with a solid educational background and relevant work experience who thrive in structured, dynamic environments where complex projects require careful navigation and coordination.
- You possess a degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration (minimum of a Bachelor’s degree).
- You bring at least 2 years of experience in project management, change management, or process improvement.
- You are skilled in using agile methodologies, such as Scrum, to drive efficiency and flexibility in projects.
- You demonstrate fluency in both German and English to facilitate seamless communication.
- You have proficient IT skills, including knowledge of Google Workspace; knowledge of Skywise and artificial intelligence tools is advantageous.
- You possess strong analytical capabilities and can grasp and break down complex systems and processes effectively.
- You excel at self-directed, structured, and results-oriented work while coordinating tasks and meeting deadlines.
- You have strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling collaboration with partners across different organizational levels.
