At TWT Science & Innovation, we're looking for a Customer Relationship Manager who understands that great ideas start with great relationships - and who can translate advanced technologies into long-term strategic partnerships. For more than three decades, TWT has connected people, ideas, and industries - forging trust across 500 innovation projects and shaping how collaboration drives discovery. About the Role You'll lead strategic collaborations across AI, Data, Simulation, Processes, and Quantum Computing. You translate complex research and technological capabilities into impactful partnership programs and long-term innovation strategies. You'll collaborate with global companies such as Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Porsche, Audi, Airbus, Siemens, and MTU AeroEngines, and with leading universities worldwide. What You'll Do Build lasting, trustful partnerships across industry and academia Translate customer ambitions into actionable innovation programs Drive strategic proposals and consortia for EU and national funding Represent TWT in the global innovation community What You Bring Degree (PhD, MSc, or equivalent) in Engineering, Computer Science, or Innovation Proven experience in customer engagement or business development Strong grasp of AI, digital engineering, and simulation-based design Fluent in English and German; excellent communicator and connector Why TWT Work with those who imagine the future.
