# Your tasks
- Support and mentor a team of talented engineers through coaching, and career development planning
- Create a culture of continuous learning, psychological safety, and open feedback
- Proactively identify and help resolve organizational or interpersonal blockers
- Build strong relationships across teams and functions to foster collaboration and alignment
- Drive performance cycles, facilitate feedback, and support individual growth journeys
- Lead hiring, onboarding, and offboarding in close partnership with Recruiting and HR
- Manage relationships with providers and contribute to strategic workforce planning
- Help to shape and support engineering-wide programs
- Develop and execute talent-retention strategies to maintain high morale and prevent turnover
# Your profile
- Proven experience in engineering leadership, ideally within a product- or platform-focused organization
- Technical background (e.g. Java, MongoDB, TypeScript, Node.js, React) and hands on mentality
- Passion for people development, mentoring, and building high-trust environments
- Strong communicator with empathy and a solution-oriented mindset
- Comfortable with agile ways of working and cross-functional collaboration
- Proactive, self-driven, and motivated to make an impact
