THE TRAINEE PROGRAM
- Duration of 15 months including several job rotations within TRATON GROUP and its brands (at least one rotation abroad)

- Contribute to international and cross-brand collective bargaining and co-determination topics
- Develop and transform strategic future labour relations requirements
Anforderungen an die Qualifikation
- Successfully completed German law state exams, master’s degree in legal or business administration or equivalent with excellent academic performance
- First experience in labour relations, HR and co-determination is an advantage
- You are highly engaged and committed, self-driven, open-minded, reliable and flexible; you are motivated by the idea to contribute to TRATON’s labour relations strategy
- You share TRATON’s values and you are a team player with strong communication and intercultural collaboration skills
- You have international experience and willingness to travel & live abroad
- Excellent English and German skills (spoken and written) are mandatory
