# **Head Brewer – 15 hL Brewery & 20 hL Distillery (Sunshine Coast, Australia)**

### **About the Opportunity**

We are currently recruiting **on behalf of a client,** a modern craft brewery on the **Sunshine Coast**, one of Australia’s most desirable coastal regions.
The site operates a **15 hL brewhouse** and a **20 hL distillery**. The distilling is handled by the owner and no prior distilling experience is required, you will learn everything on-site.

This is a hands-on role where you will **operate and manage the brewery independently**, ensuring high-quality production and smooth daily operations.

### **Your Responsibilities**

- Full brewhouse operation on a **15 hL system**
- Fermentation management, dry-hopping, transfers, CIP
- Kegging/packaging and stock management
- Production planning and cleanliness
- Basic QA checks
- Support in the distillery when required — **training provided**

### **Who We’re Looking For**

- **German-trained brewer or brewmaster** (apprenticeship or university)
- Practical hands-on experience in brewing
- Reliable, clean working habits and able to run a brewhouse independently
- Conversational English (B1+)
- Eligible for the **Working Holiday Visa (up to age 30)**
