Collaboration & Communication

* Excellent communication skills with ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and present design strategies to leadership.
* Comfortable working in ambiguous environments where AI capabilities and user needs are continuously evolving.
* Experience partnering with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to translate technical possibilities into user value.

* Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is € 80.000 gross per year based on full-time employment. We offer a higher salary in line with qualifications and experience.
