GP Strategies is the strategic partner of a leading global automotive manufacturer and drives the operational implementation of innovative workforce development measures – for sustainable growth and top performance.
This position is available with immediate effect at our renowned customer in Dingolfing.
The position is intended as a full-time or part-time position (20 hours per week). For part-time employees, working hours are spread over 3 to 5 days, from 6:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. – perfect for those who prefer an early start to the day and want to stay flexible in the afternoons.
**Your tasks**
- Friendly welcome of our customers and guests at the welcome reception
- Processing of telephone inquiries via our hotline
- Competent and fast response to e-mail inquiries
- Ensuring a positive customer experience in every situation
- Competent support in seminar management
- Digital sending of invitation links, documents and requirements for virtual training
- Room reservations in the internal room booking system
- Participant management including reminders, changes and cancellations
- Recording and archiving attendance of attendees including actual costs
- General administration in the learning management system (LMS)
- Preparation of the training rooms, coordination of external service providers, e.g. event technology

You have experience in customer service, general administration or administration – ideally from the areas of sales, the hotel industry, tourism or facility management. Your way of working is characterized by excellent service orientation, strong organizational skills and a professional, solution-oriented approach to customers.
**Additional requirements – what makes them special**
- Language skills: German at native speaker level or at least C level as well as good written and spoken English skills
- Digitale Kompetenz: Sicherer Umgang mit IT-Systemen, insbesondere Microsoft Word und Excel
