* collaboration with top domain and analytics experts: both within the unit and cross-divisionally
* hands-on usage of Advanced Analytics methods
* learning to work on end-to-end data driven projects: data retrieval, cleaning, processing, analysis / modeling / validating, interpretation, visualization, summarization
* environment in which you can freely express your opinions and suggestions
* high importance / visibility within the Bank
* high autonomy and a concrete impact project deliveries - supported by unit colleagues
* participation in strategic projects
What you'll need to succeed
* ongoing studies (focus on mathematics / finance / computer science / statistics / economics)
* enthusiasm when working on data driven problems
* explorative mindset
* ability to solve problems / propose solutions
* data mining and modelling (SQL a must, Python an advantage)
* data visualization competencies
