Über die Rolle:At Yoshi en & Edeneve , we believe that a great workplace starts with the people who create it. We're looking for an organized, warm and proactive Office Manager who enjoys bringing structure to everyday operations while creating an environment where employees and visitors feel genuinely welcome.
Was erwartet dich bei uns?
• Welcome employees, candidates, suppliers and visitors, ensuring everyone has a positive experience from the moment they arrive.
• Manage incoming deliveries, parcels and mail, and coordinate distribution with the relevant teams.
• Support the Front Office Manager with day-to-day administrative and organizational tasks.
• Coordinate office supply orders, monitor inventory levels and optimize ordering processes where needed.
• Research and communicate with suppliers to find the best office solutions and services.
• Assist with coordinating flowers, gifts, and other thoughtful touches for birthdays, anniversaries, and special occasions.
• Continuously improve office processes and help create an inspiring, well-organized working environment.
• Provide hands-on support in preparation for internal events, team gatherings, and company celebrations.
• Assist with administrative tasks related to employee onboarding and offboarding.
• Help ensure our office reflects the premium experience and attention to detail our brands stand for.

• You have previous experience in an Office Manager, Workplace Experience, Front Office or similar administrative role.
• You genuinely enjoy working with people and have a warm, welcoming and service-oriented personality.
• You are highly organized, reliable and able to manage multiple priorities independently.
• You proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and enjoy making things run smoothly.
• You have a hands-on mindset and are happy to support wherever needed.

• You communicate confidently in both German and English
