At kiutra , we contribute to the development and application of quantum technologies by offering innovative and sustainable cooling solutions based on our unique magnetic cooling technology. For our Munich office, we are looking for a People & Culture Assistant (f/m/d) in part or full time.
Responsibilities
• You maintain and update our HR information system (Personio) and personnel files (Personalakte), ensuring employee data is always accurate, complete, and compliant
• You assist with the full onboarding and offboarding process — coordinating paperwork, system access, and first-day logistics so everything runs smoothly
• You support the recruiting process by pre-screening applications, coordinating interview schedules, and keeping candidates informed throughout
• You assist with the planning and organization of team events and training sessions
• You support the P&C team on a wide range of day-to-day topics and projects as we grow and scale
Requirements
• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship (e.g. Kaufmann/frau für Büromanagement, Industriekaufmann/frau) or hold a degree in HR, business administration, or a related field
• You have first experience in an HR, administrative, or operations role — whether through an internship, apprenticeship, or in a support position
• You are detail-oriented and take ownership of your tasks — accurate data and tidy processes genuinely matter to you
• You are comfortable working with digital tools and systems, and pick up new software quickly (experience with Personio is a plus)
• You are organized, reliable, and able to juggle multiple tasks at once without losing track
• You communicate clearly and professionally in both German and English (written and verbal)
• You are discreet and handle sensitive employee information with care
• A positive, hands-on attitude and a team-first mindset round out your profile
