Your prospective job:
For our international client in the field of aviation and space, we are looking for you as a Quality Assurance Engineer (f/m/d) for Aerospace Safety-Critical Software in Munich.
Your responsibilities:
- Performance of quality inspections and reviews for development tasks
- Assess life cycle data and products
- Witness development and verification tasks
- Monitoring of configuration and change control activities
- Management of development data
- Participate in Change Control Board
- Check conformance of Problem Reports to guidelines and PR closure status
- Review configuration indexes and configuration management records
- Support of the project Quality Assurance Leader for
- Quality assurance planning
- Process and product audits
- Quality assurance monitoring of suppliers for development
- Milestone and phase transition reviews
- Delivery and conformity reviews
- Recording, analysis and management of deviations and non-conformities
- Regular internal and external reporting
Your profile:
- Work experience for at least 3 to 5 years in the quality assurance activities required for development of safety-critical embedded software
- Technical background in safety critical embedded software
- Experience in the implementation of quality assurance processes
- Experience in configuration and change management (preferably with Serena Dimensions and IBM Rational Synergy CM/Change)
- Experience with Microsoft office (Excel and Word)
- Knowledge of the applicable aerospace standards is desirable (e.g. DO178C, DO330, DO331, EN9100)
- Experience as qualified aerospace auditor would be a plus
- Good English Skills, spoken and written
