We are looking for a new team member who is eager to make a real difference as a **Quality Assurance Specialist (m/f/d)**. This position plays an important role in supporting the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of our quality processes, ensuring compliance, consistency, and excellence across all production and organizational levels. ### **Your roadmap to make an impact**

- Support the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Quality Management Systems (QMS) aligned with organizational and ISO requirements.
- Assist in developing and maintaining control plans to ensure product and process quality throughout the production lifecycle.
- Coordinate issue management activities, supporting timely problem resolution, root-cause analysis, and corrective action implementation.
- Contribute to ISO compliance initiatives by maintaining documentation, supporting certification activities, and assisting with internal and external audits.
- Support the development and execution of quality inspection processes to monitor performance, identify deviations, and drive continuous improvement.
- Work with cross-functional teams to integrate quality standards into daily operations and project activities.
- Create, update, and maintain quality documentation, including procedures, work instructions, and audit records.
- Provide guidance and training to employees on quality processes, tools, and best practices.
- Analyze quality data and performance metrics to identify trends and recommend corrective or preventive actions.
- Collaborate closely with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to support quality objectives and continuous improvement efforts.

## Job requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a quality-focused role within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong knowledge of **ISO standards** (e.g., ISO 9001, EN9100) and experience supporting compliance activities.
- Hands-on experience in **control planning, issue management, and inspection systems** setup.
- Analytical and detail-oriented mindset with a structured approach to problem-solving.
- Passion for driving continuous improvement and fostering a culture of quality excellence.
- Proactive communicator with strong collaboration skills across departments.
- Self-driven and organized, capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Fluent in **English & German**.
