Germany, Austria or France as a Release Manager (m/f/d) Your tasks:
Lead planning and implementation of Software Development Projects
Facilitate the definition of project mission, goals, targets,
milestones and resource requirements Resolve and assist in the
resolution of conflicts within and between projects and functional
areas Monitor the progress, identifies risks and manages mitigation
actions Coordinates set of plans to meet the goals and priorities.
Identify opportunities for business process improvements within the
project scope Manage the Project Core Team (PCT) and contributes to
developing and improving policies, standards and evaluation standards
Aligned with Program Manager and Product Management he/she manages
Change Requests towards specification and scope of the project is
responsible for conducting the mandatory design review meetings You
bring along: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology,
Computer Science, Business Informatics or a related field 5+ years of
strong and tested project management skills including risk management
Experienced in Software Development and Software Development Process
Good English knowledge (B2 Niveau) Experienced with Agile
Methodologies for Software Development Experience with Agile and/or
hybrid project environments Familiarity with tools like Jira,
Confluence, Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, or similar Very strong
communication skills towards internal and external stakeholders What
