The Sales Executive is responsible for:
- Manage customer relationships and drive revenue by selling Lufthansa Cargo solutions
- Optimize flight planning to maximize profitability
- Process accurate bookings and provide timely quotations
- Support charter and joint venture sales activities
- Maintain and update CRM data
- Help acquire new business and support the sales team in meeting annual targets
- Collaborate with Outside Sales during customer visits
- Share market insights to strengthen competitive position
* Perform all other duties assigned or delegated by supervisors
Ihr Profil:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a combination of the below requirements:
- Degree holder in any discipline
- 1-2 years cargo sales and/or customer service experience or equivalent is preferred
- Good Command of spoken and written English and Cantonese. Proficiency in Putonghua is preferred
- Advanced IT knowledge, preferably MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Outlook
- Shift work is required (including Saturdays and Public Holidays)
