To strengthen our aftersales/service department, we are looking for a technically skilled professional with a maritime background.
Your tasks
•
Planning, coordination and execution of service jobs worldwide
•
Processing service requests from quotation to invoicing in CRM and ERP system
•
Technical advice on servicing and spare parts
•
Direct contact with ship crews, technical purchasing and superintendents
•
Planning and coordination of maintenance and repair work worldwide
•
Collaboration with international service partners and internal department teams
•
Organization of service jobs and commissioning
•
Processing spare parts orders and preparing and delivery documents
•
Organizing business trips for service assignments
•
Participation in the further development of modern and digital service processes
•
Ensuring high customer satisfaction and long-term customer relationships
Your profile
•
Technical qualification in the maritime world (e.g. marine engineering, mechatronics, etc.)
•
Understand of ship systems and experience with technical processes on board
•
Organizational skills and enjoyment of coordinating international service jobs
•
Strong communication skills when dealing with international customers
•
Experience in working with CRM and ERP systems is beneficial
•
Good English skills, additional languages are an advantage
•
Structured, solution-oriented approach to work
